Since our online store, "The Fantasy Realm" uses personal data for Membership and online purchases in our online store. Is it important for us as an online store and you as a customer / member that we are Transparent about how we handle the personal data of our customers and members.
This web page is to inform you why we use information from you in, for example, a purchase on our website.
With purchases on our website you can make an order with a personal account (in which we remember shipping information via your account), but you can also make a purchase without an account.

We use this Information to create a personal invoice as part of the order, and initially as a delivery address.

We do not use any personal information that is requested with orders via our webshop outside of the order. When someone chooses to become a Member of The Fantasy Realm, we ask the same questions as for a billing address. With the exception of the issue: Company / Organization. We also store the details of each Member for Membership. In terms of privacy, we handle the data of membership in exactly the same way as with Order data and Invoices.
